While it seems like something she'd wholeheartedly be for (this is the woman, after all, that let a camera crew document her - later failed - marriage to Nick Lachey from the wedding on!), it seems as though she may not be given the choice!
According to Cooper Lawrence, author of Cult of Celebrity, ?she may not even be offered the chance to sell the pictures. ??"Jessica (Simpson) isn't as relative as she used to be. She's making shoes now. Her baby daddy isn't famous enough for anyone that doesn' t know her personally to care, and the trend of celebrity baby photos is done for the consmer as well. Let us know when the kid is 10 and has its first kiss with Mason Kardashian. Then we'll talk."
