Mom-to-be Jessica Simpson officially has a pregnancy pal! Cacee Cobb, Simpson's former personal assistant and longtime best friend, is expecting her first child with husband Donald Faison, she announced on Facebook Thursday, Jan. 31. Similar to her BFF -- who announced her first and second pregnancies via Twitter -- Cobb chose social media to break the news in a humorous way. "Looks like @donald_faison and I are going to have a little stormtrooper of our own!" Cobb, 31 wrote in a caption accompany an adorable T-shirt depicting a baby-sized Star Wars stormtrooper.

After announcing their engagement in 2011, Cobb and Scrubs actor Faison, 38, married at Zach Braff's home in California on Dec. 15 of last year, with Jessica (now pregnant with her second child), her fiance Eric Johnson, their daughter Maxwell plus Tina and Joe Simpson, among other guests. The baby-to-be is Cobb's first child and Faison's fifth; he has three children with ex-wife Lisa Askey, and a son from a prior relationship.

Will Jessica Simpson be painting her new baby's nursery blue? That's the rumor from RadarOnline.com, which is reporting that "a source close to the Simpson family" says it's a boy. We got confirmation the actress/singer/reality star/fashion mogul was preggo with her second baby when she put the rumors to rest Christmas Day, tweeting pics of her 8-month-old daughter, Maxwell, with the words "Big Sis" written in sand.

But we don't think that Number Two is going to be wearing too many hand-me-downs. Going off Us Weekly's November report that Simpson was pregnant again, along with the December bikini selfie she tweeted with an already well-formed baby bump, we're putting the time of conception in October. JESSICA Simpson‘s parents are at war over money. According to RadarOnline, Joe Simpson is trying to move his ongoing divorce battle with Tina Simpson from Texas to California because of money issues. Joe believes a judge in Los Angeles will look more favorably upon his indiscretions and he thinks he’s likely to receive a better financial settlement in the no-fault divorce state.

Tina has tried to settle the divorce already, offering Joe $100 million of her $300 million fortune, but he’s not biting and wants more, including a bigger share of the profits from Jessica’s lucrative fashion line. “Joe’s desperate to get his hands on the pot of gold and is pushing his lawyers to move the case to Los Angeles,” a source told RadarOnline. “Texas is both a fault and a no-fault divorce state, so he’s concerned that Tina may be favored by a judge there, after all she was the one that filed and is seemingly the wronged party.

“So, by moving the divorce to California, which is a no-fault divorce state only, Joe thinks he will likely get more sympathetic treatment and hopefully a larger chunk of Tina’s wealth. “Last year, Tina’s earnings were in the millions, while Joe only made around $200k. This was down to Tina’s percentage pay from the Jessica Simpson Collection, which she manages. “Joe wants a more even distribution of the wealth. Tina has already offered him a settlement of around $100 million, but Joe is holding out for even more.”

Keri Johnson, the ex-wife of former NFL player Eric has apparently already started work on her book, and according to Celebuzz it will chronicle the period when Eric starting dating Jessica while he was still married.

“She’s always thought about writing a book through their divorce,” a source said of Keri. “She actually started writing during the divorce to cope with what was happening.”“She just wants to be honest. Keri wants to detail the divorce from her own perspective and what happened, and inevitably Jessica would be a part of that,” added the source.

“She would talk about how they were so public with their relationship during her divorce.”Eric and Keri were married for five years before separating in October 2009 and filing for divorce in January 2010, just months later Eric started dating Jess with the two spotted at the singer's brithday celebrations in July of that year.

Eric and Jessica announced their engagement in November 2010 before Jess gave birth to their daughter Maxwell Drew in In May 2012, seven months later, she announced she was expecting the couple’s second child. Whilst Jess will reportedly be a part of Keri's book, she won't be the main focus according to the source:

“Of course she was very upset, but Keri’s not going to make Jessica the focus of the book,”“She wants it to have a greater purpose and thinks she can share an interesting story. Jessica Simpson won't buy Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's Beverly Hills home because she believes a recent fire at the property is a sign she shouldn't purchase it. The fashion designer - who is expecting her second child with fiance Eric Johnson - was reportedly planning to pay up to $12 million for the Beverly Hills home but after Sharon left a candle burning and it caused a fire, Jessica has had second thoughts.

A source told RadarOnline: 'When Jessica and Eric heard about the fire they were as equally as disappointed as the Osbournes. 'They were planning on making an offer on the mansion somewhere in the region of $12 million, because they felt it was the perfect family home.

'Now, they're going to have to assess the damage before committing, even though they heard it is pretty minimal. 'Jessica does have her sights set on the property but she is now looking elsewhere. 'She's also a believer in fate and is wondering if the fire was a sign that she shouldn't buy it and wait for something else to come on the market.

'It's a shame for Sharon and Ozzy - they were ready to sell.'Sharon previously revealed she and Ozzy attempted to put out the blaze themselves before the fire brigade arrived. She explained how Ozzy - who had surgery on his hand the previous day - tried to use the cast on his arm to help put out the fire, adding: 'I go into the kitchen to get water and throw the water on it, with the doors open and the water it erupted! It erupted, Ozzy's hair from here to here, gone.

'And we are like two idiots, it was like The Three Stooges. Everything you are not meant to do - go to bed with candles alight, open the doors and put water on - we did it all.'

Pop-singer turned reality star Jessica Simpson is betting her life is funny enough for a primetime network show. Simpson has signed a deal with NBC to film a comedy pilot inspired by her own life. “I often find myself thinking that no one could ever make up the things that actually happen in my life — so between the real-life elements and a great team of writers, I think we’ll have people laughing.”NBC is already working with Simpson and the pilot’s producers on the reality show “Fashion Star,” on which Simpson is a judge.

“Jessica Simpson is truly a modern-day Lucy with incredible comedic chops,” said executive producer Ben Silverman. “From running a fashion empire to wrangling her public image as a new mom, we see Jessica’s character approach a variety of ‘everyday’ circumstances that will get audiences laughing out loud.”

For Simpson, who launched her TV career with an arc on the Fox sitcom “That ’70s Show,” the new project represents a return to acting. She starred in a few movies, including “The Dukes Of Hazzard,” before focusing on her fashion and beauty business. Simpson, who started off as a pop singer, became one of the first big TV reality stars with her MTV series “Newlyweds.”

Jessica Simpson and her hunky fiance Eric Johnson better start painting their nursery blue because according to a new report, they have a baby boy on the way! Unfortunately, they’re going to have to get extra creative with the baby’s name because they already handed their favorite boy name over to their daughter, Maxwell Drew Johnson.

“It’s Jessica’s dream come true, she prayed she was having a boy. She found out this week after a check-up at the doctor, who asked her if she wanted to know the sex of the baby. Jessica immediately said yes and when the doctor told her it was a boy she screamed with joy. She was so happy that Maxwell is getting a little brother because that’s something she always wanted when she was growing up,” an insider tells Radar Online.

This is so great for Jess! Now she’ll have one boy and one girl. But we wonder what they’ll name the new baby! “Jessica and Eric are so excited and have started going through names, but they haven’t settled on one just yet. It’s just a pity their favorite boys name went to their daughter first,” the source added.

Jessica Simpson will give birth to a baby boy this summer, it has been revealed. A source close to the Simpson family told Radar Online that it was a dream come true for her, as she had prayed for a baby boy.

The source said that Simpson found it after the doctor, who she had gone for a check-up, asked if she wanted to know the sex of the baby. Simpson immediately said yes and when the doctor told her it’s a boy she was overjoyed, the source said.

The source said that she was happy that Maxwell is getting a little brother because that’s something she’d wanted when she was growing up. The source added that that the couple are going through names and it is a pity that the couple’s favourite boys moniker went to their daughter first.
