Pairing up for a red carpet outing, Jessica and Ashlee Simpson turned up at the Soho House in West Hollywood, California. Having a marvelous time, the Simpson sisters posed for pictures while enjoying the "Night Of Fashion & Technology With LG Mobile Phones" hosted by Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria.

The night on the town comes just after Jessica's lawyers got a courtroom victory over Speedfit LLC owner Alex Astilean for breach of contract related to a workout video shot in 2005. Stopping sales of the video, Jess and business manager David Levin were awarded upwards of $400,000, with Speedfit being barred from using Jess's likeness in future endeavors. Of the verdict, Simpson's lawyer John Rosenberg said: "My clients are extremely pleased with the arbitrator's decision and are fully confident that the award will be confirmed by the court."

FRAGRANCE
• Parlux Fragrances Inc. is launching two new celebrity fragrances this summer from Jessica Simpson and Paris Hilton. Simpson’s Fancy Nights apparently shows off her romantic side, while Hilton’s tenth fragrance, Tease, based on her love of Marilyn Monroe, is “much more evocative of who Paris Hilton is.” [WWD]

Antonio Banderas's seventh fragrance, the Secret, is coming out in August. "The company expects it to be its biggest Banderas brand," says WWD. [WWD]
