Dylan Alexander  the son of one of Jessica’s back-up singers suggested the pop star visit her hairdresser for some “tips” during a “slumber party” at Jessica’s house on the weekend.

The 29-year-old singer sent a Twitter message to her hair stylist Ken Paves who is Dylan’s godfather – saying: “Having a slumber party with our godson and he is asking to go to your house.I need tips apparently!”

It’s not the first time Dylan has spoken out about Jessica’s fashion choices. Earlier this year, he threw her Christian Louboutin leopard wedges at her because he didn’t like them. After the fight, Jessica posted a photo of Dylan hugging her to apologise for the attack. She wrote: “My godson Dylan giving me a hug after hitting me in the back with my Louboutin leopard wedges. His ‘I’m sorry’!

Simpson has designed everything from perfume to shoes,clothing, and jewelry. Recently she is unveiled her new military inspired jewelry in a bracelet design called “ With all my heart” .

Her site states that all the proceeds from the sale of the bracelet will go to “ The armed forces children's fund”. The fund financially assists surviving children of both men and women who have served in the military since 2001. Jessica states: My heart felt thanks go out to all of the service men and women who are fighting for out country and risking their lives for freedom daily”.

The bracelet is a replica of a handmade gift Jessica received from a United States Marine on her recent visit to the troops. It was made form parachute cord and “sealed with a button from his uniform”. Said Simpson “ It was a such a personal gift, and is incredibly special to me”.
